Was established in 1994 with the results of property transformation of former Public Machine Centre in Suwałki which was established in 1952.The Owner of 100% shares of H.K. Centre for Machine Manufacturing Company Ltd. is ArcelorMittal Distribution Solution S.A. with headquarters in Luxembourg
Currently, economic activity of the partnership includes three basic spheres:

The company's production activity is carried out in the factory
in Kuków Folwark 6a and includes
1.Production of steel constructions including
- production halls
- commercial buildings
- Sports facilities
- towers and masts
- Machine construction
2.The production of sheet metal products including:
- system for storing and transporting tools
- tables and trolley for the workshop
Service activity is realized in the factory in Kuków Folwark 6a and includes:
- cutting sheet
- plasma cutting
- bending sheet metal
- rolling (rolling plate)
- punching holes
- powder coating
- electrostatic painting
- surface cleaning (blasting)

The services of automobiles are performed in the Department of Motor Center in Suwałki in the 23 Października 32 Street. The basic scope of activity is technical examination of vehicles at the Regional Vehicle Inspection Station.
